feed the little dog
and the big dog
empty the compost bucket
scrub the bucket

dead head the cosmos
pick calendula blossoms
put them in the freezer bag
for winter
cuts and burns
the occasional rash
carry laundry up from the cellar
go to breakfast with your grandfather
ignore him when he says ignorant things about women
eat your vegetables
read your books
draw everyday
have sweet dreams
